My regular dim sum spot! Lots of selection and the steamers are piping hot. Just remember there may be a wait of Saturday or Sunday for a table! Happy Eating!

I went here with friends for dim sum. Food choices were good and items we chose were delicious. My only criticism is that the carts could have come around more often.I hope to come back here later in the day when the regular menu is featured.

Only reason I'm not giving 5stars is because the food is expensive. $4-$7 per dish and most of them that you ask for are $6.Otherwise the staff are friendly and the food is delicious.Beef spare ribs are my fave dish there, but the egg tarts (especially when hot) are my favourite anywhere from all of Canada, the U.S and places Ive visited in Asia. Pretty big claim huh? But seriously they really are!

Excellent daily lunch-time dim-sum...good parking but come early.

absolutely my favourite dim sum place in downtown！every time i eat here i have the feeling that i am at my hometown Guangzhou！I love the deep fried taro with savoury meat filling！this dimsum is not easy to make this one is even better than some restaurant in china

Good food! But expensive as heck! The price defiantly takes away from the food. Manager was willing to let us substitute items even though the server said no which was awesome.

Urban China is one of my favorite places for dimsum on Saturday mornings. This particular time, I went for dinner and got seasonal veg, egg white rice and ginger beef. All 3 dishes were far better than average chinese food you get from elsewhere. However, the service was really terrible though I am already well aware not to expect great services from Asian restaurants :(

It's a must place to go during my each visit to Edmonton. The most delicious Chinese food I have ever tasted. The staff is very friendly and they remember your preferences and keep offering more and more. My friends have been going there twice a week for years!

Been here a couple times and I would say their dim sum menu shines over their set meal menu. Good atmosphere and service as well, with dishes typically arriving in a timely manner. This is currently my go to for dim sum, the Curry Squid is delicious. I do feel their dinner meals fall short on expectations considering the price. We ordered their Happy Meal for Four and unfortunately most of the dishes tasted quite bland (especially the shrimp/squid dish), and did not stand out when I compared them to similar dishes at other Chinese restaurants. The lobster was the only dish I thought was good. However, I will likely go again to try some of their individual dishes (as opposed to set meals), and see how that goes.

I really like the weekend brunch here. The egg tarts are to die for. Really recommend this place. Language could be a barrier but they try their best to make you understand about the food.

Went there with for my birthday. i typically go there for lunch alone and this time i went with my family. Our waiter was god aweful.we mentioned to him wecant have anything with pork, when we asked him to take the food back since it had pork he started arguing. The manager came and dealt with us and he gave amazing service. Bottom line food is good but service should be improved ten fold.

One of the best dim sum very places in the city. Arrive around 11am on Saturday and be sure to register your vehicle's license plate. Dim sum selection is great including tripe, tendon, stomach, chicken feet, dumplings and meatballs.

Great place if you want Chinese food and different take on Chinese! I recommend buying crispy fried chicken in soy sauce or with garlic soy sauce! Another one is lamb chop in curry or scented spices. Really good food! Also if you do not want the usual Chinese food for dinner you can order dim sum. But why order dim sum for supper as it is suppose to be eaten at brunch time?Also remember to register your car at all times as it is to discourage people using the parking space to go to Rogers Place and watch Edmonton Oilers play or any concerts.

One of the better Dim Sum places in Edmonton. A little pricey but the size of the dim sum is fair. Rice rolls here are also good. There's a bit of sweet coming off the rice roll and it pairs well with their slightly salty sauce. The pork and shrimp dumplings are pretty standard. One of my favorites would be the shrimp and vegetable one (chive). The beef tripe here is also good. I also enjoyed the tendon with five spice they made sure not to over do it with the five spice and tendon just has a great texture to it.

A bit pricey comparing to other restaurants but menus have lots of unique dish. Peking duck is one of the best in townDimsum particularly is more expensive than Emperor or Dynasty, though is tasty. Good for large groups.

Good dim sum . It's always crowded here

Dim Sum is good on weekends, but weekdays are a little difficult. Evening food is a lot better. Service is always great.

We tried some of the dim sum and two menu items... Large portions and good flavour. The room is clean and bright and the service is very good. Prices are high but the large portions explain the high prices.

Good place to have dim sum. They have the best Xiao long bao in town, the popular Shanghai soup dumplings. It's only served on weekends and they sell our quick. They introduce new dim sum dishes as the owner often visits Asia and brings the latest them back.The dinner menu is upscale for Chinese dishes. Clean plating and distinct compared to a lot of other Chinese restaurants.They're also the same owners as Urban Shane, a Chinese fondue restaurant.

Great food but really slow service and they seem to ignore you if you're white and only 2 people. Definitely a great place for groups of 4 to 6.

If you're a seafood lover this is a great place. I really enjoyed their deep fried squid and would recommend trying it. They also had dishes not found in other Chinese food restaurants. I'd highly recommend checking it out. The price is fair for the portion sizes given and they can accommodate for larger crowds as well.

The food is great, tastes clean and fresh. Very expensive for what you get. Could have added another dumpling to each dish we ordered.

I keep returning here for the great Dim Sum.It is one of my favorite lunches or Dinner time meals and places. All the portions and ingredients are made on site and are first class. I have yet to find an restaurant that can compare with the size and quality of the Dim Sum portions. all the staff are friendly and professional and look forward to seeing you return.

One of my top three favorite place to go to for dim sum in Edmonton and one of my favorite restaurant for Chinese food. Food is amazing. Peking duck for dinner is also really good here. Their peking duck soup is the only place where I find it very flavorful. Service is good and staff are friendly. There are plenty of free parking spots outside the restaurant (which is hard to find in downtown restaurants) as long as you register your license plate with a staff.

This is my Dim Sum place. The staff is amazingly friendly and the food ranges for excellent to unbelievably good. Go on Sunday but get there early because it's a favourite of many people. The food is always fresh and if you're looking for something special all you have to do is ask.

Urban China's food has really stepped up. Everything we had today for dinner was excellent. All the staff and very quick and efficient, and made sure the restaurant was spotless. Their dim sum in served all throughout the day - which is always a hit too!

Fine Chinese Dinning.

Don't judge it from the outside. There is good Dim Sum here. Reasonable sized portions. Definitely worth going and convenient parking.

The best dim sum and service in town!

Really good place to eat! I bought a Groupon, dinner for 2 and the food was good and the service was good also! They didn't act like we're just children eating but actually treated us as customers! Must visit! Do so in dinner because there aren't a lot of people and if you're skeptical try their Groupon!

Pretty good Chinese restaurant in Edmonton. This restaurant is has decent size servings.

Super tasty authentic Chinese food! If you’re looking for that whitewashed North American style Chinese food go to a mall food court! My boyfriend and I accidentally ordered way too much food because the prices were so low! (We assumed 1-2 pieces per $6.00 item but ended up getting 3 or even more for some) so we got 12 items😂 our server was very friendly and definitely made us want to come back again! Only downside was that we parked in the pay parking lot beside the restaurant because we didn’t realize they had free parking (our bad!) all in all I would highly recommend this restaurant to my fellow Chinese food lovers!

Dim Sum all day, including dinner. You can mix dim sum with traditional Chinese dinner. Price is a little steep. 4 adults cost about $120. Staff is nice and friendly.
